AVHS provides school bus service on two routes. Service may be limited by seating capacity — contact the office with any questions.
Be There 10 Minutes Early
Please be at your bus stop location 10 minutes prior to bus arrival. Following this schedule allows students to be at AVHS on time for the start of breakfast.

Bus Rules & Expectations
Safe rides start with respect — for the driver, each other, and the bus.
- Respect the driver, other passengers, and their property; follow all directions
- Sit in your assigned seat, visible to the driver, body inside the bus at all times
- Talk quietly, keep hands to yourself — absolutely no fighting
- No profanity, vulgar language, or obscene gestures; no hats on the bus
- Only water is allowed on board; no littering or damaging the bus
- Exit only at your assigned stop (parents must call the office for emergency changes)
- Personal belongings are the student’s responsibility
- Be at your stop 10 minutes before pickup — buses depart on time
Good to Know
Video cameras on school buses are used to reduce disciplinary problems and vandalism, letting the driver focus on driving — and everyone ride safer. Students are responsible for any damage caused, and the administrative team reserves the right to deny bus privileges. The morning pickup time for the Wilmot & I-10 Chevron stop isn’t listed on the current flyer — call the office to confirm.
