Team Registration Requirements
• Where: YMCA Sports Complex
• Tournament Date: May 19th, 2012 9am-1pm
• Team Cost for Participation Reg: Per Team ( $25.00) May 9th
• Late Registration ( $30.00) May 15th
• Player of all ages are welcome ( If 17 years of age or younger a parent waiver is needed)
• Teams can be coed or all the same gander.
• There can be up to 6 people in your team.
• 5 on 5 Games (2 out of 3 games) Double elimination Tournament
Tournament’s 1ST, 2nd Winner will receive a TEAM TROPHY AND MEDALS TO EACH WINNING TEAM’S MEDAL’S PARTICIPANTS.
