The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) [Section 111 (h) (6)] gives parents the right to request and receive their child’s assessment data as well as the qualifications of their child’s classroom teachers in a timely manner and understandable format.  Please contact the school principal to review this information.
