Student Council Makes a Generous Donation

Alta Vista's Student Council makes a generous donation to the people of Haiti. Days after the horrible earthquake struck Haiti, Student Council decided to donate money left over from previous fundraisers. Student Council Advisor, Alissa Johnson, found an organization who matched 50 cents to every dollar donated for a grand total of $300. The members of Student Council make a generous donation that will go a long way.
